Larry founded Vxtra Partners in 2005 to help large, independent medical practices improve the cost and quality of their healthcare benefits, and sold it to OneDigital in 2023. He reinvested the proceeds to launch Vxtra Health, bringing physicians and self-insured employers together in a collaborative, transparent environment.

A CPA by training, Tino has held executive roles at large, independent medical practices, most recently as CFO of Carolina Urology Partners, a 36-physician practice in Charlotte, NC. He previously served as CEO, COO, and CFO of Central Ohio Urology Group.
Ryan Whitney, MD
Co-Founder, Medical Affairs
Dr. Whitney practiced interventional cardiology for 17 years and served as Chief Medical Officer at Bryan Heart in Lincoln, Nebraska. He now practices non-invasive cardiology at the Georgia Heart Institute and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
Sandra Colom
Vice President of Operations
Sandra brings more than 20 years in leadership roles at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. She leads day-to-day operations and relationship management for Vxtra's strategic technology partners, keeping operations tech-enabled but human-grounded.

Operations Expert
Tim brings a 30-year track record across healthcare finance, value-based care, and clinical operations, including 16 years building financial systems at Universal Health Services. He most recently drove growth at Health Choice Network, a national collaboration serving 27 health centers across nine states.
Jason Hager
Operations Expert
Jason brings more than 30 years building and scaling health plans and healthcare technology companies, including launching two health insurers from the ground up and scaling operations past $300 million in annual revenue. At Vxtra Health, he focuses on turning the Our Town vision into a scalable operating model across product structure, claims operations, and implementation readiness.

Chief Medical Informatics Officer
A board-certified urologist, Dr. Di Loreto co-founded and served as president of the Michigan Institute of Urology, the nation's first large urology supergroup. He has advised the FDA's Center for Devices and Radiological Health for more than 30 years.
Carol Golas, RN
Executive Director, Operational Excellence, VxtraCARE
Carol brings an extensive career in critical care medicine, including roles as Director of Clinical Applications for a national outcomes database and Director of Case Management for the western division of Hospital Corporation of America.

An ophthalmic surgeon, Dr. Pender founded New Hampshire Eye Associates and established the first state-licensed and Medicare-certified ambulatory surgery center in New Hampshire. He is the author of two books on the patient-physician relationship.
